Looks normal at first sight (it gets detected by the kernel), so if it's
not mounted automaticly I guess that either the partition table (if it
has one) is broken, or maybe the filesystem is marked "dirty" and needs
a filesystem check?

I booted 2 times, with and without the flashcard. First I made demsg.txt
and then demsg2.txt. Her is the output from command diff dmesg.txt
dmesg2.txt :

Can you check what lines are added to the dmesg log when you plug the
FlashCard in the reader? It might contain useful debug info...
