Binary package hint: pulseaudio
10.04 alpha 3 cs 4614 Sound crackles on startup and when streaming
audio. When adjusting volume it also feeds back, it has a motor boating
sound. Had the same problem after a partial update was performed in
9.10. Everything runs fine in windows.
