I have a Workaround.
You can set the sticky-mode in the expert preferences of gnubiff.
Just rightclick at the widget, go to Preferences, then to Expert.
Activate Edit options in expert mode and set the value of the option
applet/applet_be_sticky on true.
Now it schold be always sticky (Always
