An option would be ideal for the "Download From" area of the software
sources. Not sure what project to suggest this to.

"In addition, Apt-p2p should have a "fallback after timeout option"
where it falls back to the ubuntu repository after waiting for a set
amount of time (timeout). This ensures that the packages/repository that
the user was trying to download will be downloaded, and will be added to
the apt-p2p pool
A similar package/project would be debtorrent
(http://wiki.debian.org/DebTorrent), and maybe others.
That something for Ubuntu Brainstorm probably.

optional package that some, but not all users will install.
