This bug is not longer reproducible as of today so I cannot include the
requested log files. However, instead the installer is hanging at 99%
when updating installer. I will report as a separate bug since it is
not directly related.

Install options: UK/GB locality and keyboard layout. Username lucid,
password lucid. Selected require my password to login, but also
fails if selecting automatically login so don't think this is related.
Selected to wipe entire disk.
