Same deal as with all the other ARM kernels, I guess. Does the kernel
team commit to and has the resources to provide LTS support for yet
another kernel? They piled up quite a bit by now..

Martin - none of the ARM kernels are considered LTS. However, the kernel
team will allocate resources to support the ARM kernels wrt to CVEs and
stable updates for their 18 month life span. Regarding universe v.s.
main, I do expect that most of the ARM kernels will eventually be part
of an install
