Martin - none of the ARM kernels are considered LTS. However, the kernel team will allocate resources to support the ARM kernels wrt to CVEs and stable updates for their 18 month life span. Regarding universe v.s. main, I do expect that most of the ARM kernels will eventually be part of an install

This is a request for Feature Freeze Exception and Main Inclusion Request all in one. The kernel team has been tasked with providing a reference kernel for the TI OMAP ARM processor. This kernel package has no impact on any other packages, and therefore can cause no regressions. -- [MIR]
