This is not an intended behavior , the problem is that the scrollbars
behave/appear differently within the same theme in different
applications.
I didnt notice this until i was actually trying to scroll-down in a
firefox window , attaching screenshot notice there is a gap which
makes it seem
Bumping this from wishlist , since the scrollbar appearance is
inconsistent within the theme.
The stepper needs to be the same for firefox/thunderbird and the rest of
the apps

I think i hijacked this bug for a different issue. Reverting status. mpt

The bug i noticed is that the steppers are displayed different for
mozilla apps and the rest of the apps.
