Binary package hint: linux-server

Until Karmic everything worked fine, I can see the console of the remote 
server.

If I upgrade the server to Lucid, I get only "NO SIGNAL" right after 
grub/initrd loading it starts booting. Unfortunately I don't 
see exactly, when it goes away.

I tried every kind of vga= settings, nothing helped.

I asked about it on ubuntu-users list and somebody else also reported
it.
