Hi,

ntrack is a small lib that allows desktops apps to listen to
online/offline status changes and route changes that require it to
reconnect TCP connections.

Currently, apps usually listen to NM dbus signals and hence dont work
properly if NM isnt installed (e.g. connman, or vodafone mobile connect
etc.).

I would like to get this in lucid/universe not to ease upstream adaption
during lucid+1 - e.g. i will not change any apps to use ntrack rather
than NM for online/offline state detection. Hence, taking it is
completely risk free.
