Not sure if this still happens in Lucid however this no longer happens in
maverick. my Lucid box is dead atm
In Maverick this is fixed. It seems that the interaction and the errors are
directly related. I am closing this bug, please feel free to re-open as needed

This seems to not happen on every update to grub-pc anymore like it did
when i filed this bug

worry is the failing that it shows after choosing
all of the partitions
