Hi,
I am running 10.04 bêta 64 bit under VMware Player with karmic as host. After
loading updates, IU restarted the 10.04 as proposed. I cannot login any more :
when the system displays my user name, I click on it to tell him I want to
login with this name. After this click, the green lamp of the numeric part of
my keyboard disappears, and the keyboard seems to have disappear for 10.04 :
CAPS touch does not work, typing the login password does not lead to any
displayed character in the corresponding field.
The keyboard is still OK under 9.04 (the host system). It also works on 10.04
CLI mode (after CTRL-ALT-F1) : I can log under my user name in CLI mode..
Another problem that appeard in alpha 3 is the language. When I installed 10.04
I specified "french" as primary language. When 10.04 restarted after updating,
USA was the primary language and keyboard !
