Binary package hint: indicator-me
When Gwibber has not been started, the text field in the Me Menu is
disabled by not appearing.
When Empathy has not been started, status changing in the Me Menu is
disabled by graying out.
*Both* should not appear or *both* should be grayed out when disabled.
The current behavior is inconsistent.
