Binary package hint: gwibber

Currently in Lucid Beta 1, mentions are added to the messaging menu but
they do not change the messaging menu icon to draw attention. This is
because the "draw-attention" property is not set to true in the
indicator sent.

A solution is to add the line

indicator.set_property("draw-attention", "true")

to the function handle_indicator_item in dispatcher.py
