Font is droid, font size is 8 for everything.
I think those are the only non-default settings with respect to
appearance.

padding may be necessary.

Ok, here I am. I'm not sure if the problem is occurring or not in Beta
2. Thing is, there is a new Twitter icon with the same size but that
doesn't have a background anymore. Since the background was what was
being cropped, I'm not sure of the current situation.
What I can say is that the bug is

When the Beta 2 arrives I will make a fresh install. Perhaps I'm having

Omer, you are right. I am fully updated now (and still have the bug) but
back when I reported the problem I was using 2.29.93, sorry.
guigui14100, I've noticed that your Facebook icon is noticeably smaller
than my Twitter icon. Perhaps what I am seeing is simply the lack of a
small Twitter icon?
Can you please confirm if this is still an issue in gwibber 2.29.94 I
saw this before but now it seems like its fixed.
