Same problem, but my keyboard layouts are USA, "Czechia qwerty, extended
Backslash" and "Iran Persian, with Persian Keypad"; it appears that it's
the Iranian layout that's the problem; removing it from the list fixes
the problem immediately. The plain Iranian layout has the same problem.
