To clarify, the problem is that the sheets tabs are hidden. It is
still possible to navigate them by double-clicking the Feuilles 1/7
text but it is not obvious. Resizing the sheets tab area manually
resolves the problem temporarily (once you know you can do that) but
when reopening the document
