In my case that's still 9.10
For future reference, is there an easy way to show version etc. in a
screenshot? Cause so far I haven't found a 'systeminfo'-program or
something like that

The screenshot would reveal quickly (and without translation issues)
whether the system is Ubuntu 9.10 (where the issue is known, but
unlikely to be fixed) or Lucid (Ubuntu 10.04 Alpha/Beta) where the issue
has been fixed.
At this point it is important that the installation error is fixed in
time
I can confirm the bug. The software centre screenshot doesn't reveal any
information about what causes the bug though. It just says that (some)
dependencies couldn't be solved.
A screenshot from synaptic does reveal this information however. See
attached screenshot.
