Ah I see, transmission_badge.py is owned by Docky. Reassigning to the

Thank you for taking the time to report this issue and to make Ubuntu
better.
I don't understand the behavior that you're describing here.
Transmission isn't written in Python so I'm not sure what
"trasmission_badge.py" is. Could you describe this issue in more detail
please?

actually the error is generated whenever you open the interface, ie if
you are running and opened her window, then generate the error
