Hi,
same here. I'm using 32bit Lucid stable release.
The problem only occurs for the internal microphone. Setting the sound input as
Microphone 3 and plug in a external mic works well.
With the earlier releases I had to check mic boost or the recording volume
wouldn't be loud enough for Voip call

my settings are
Device: Audio interno Analog Stereo
Balance: Middle
conector: Analog Output
but I have not any problem with this, my problem is with volume of mic
recording. To record correctly I have to set mic volume to 200% with pulse
audio manager. this problem was corrected in juan
Could you tell me which setting do you have enabled in System ->
Preferences -> Sound -> Output?
