I have the same problem on my Toshiba Portege M800 with Core2 duo T5800 and Intel GMA 4500MHD graphics. The fan rarely comes on, and the temperature is about 10C higher than before upgrade from 9.04. Under full load, the fan only stars to spin faster at 70C, and even there slower than maximum.
