We have removed audacious from the getdeb lucid repository, it is has no
purpose because it's already on the official repository.

Haha, no.
You have to update the 9.10 package to correct this issue, please do so
now. We're certainly not going to conflict against a getdeb package in
Ubuntu.

the problem is resolved, I have tested an upgrade from getdeb to ubuntu.
