sorry for the lack of response from my self.
I still have the same issues, i've noticed that it has something to do
with SSL, so i disabled the prefer SSL setting for IRC, but i still have
issues mainly while i'm closing kopete or closing session.
I'll make further reserch within bugs.kde.org so

I've applied the last upgrade to kde 3.5.5 and latest kopete but the
situation is the same...
(no debugging symbols found)
