Public bug reported:

The gnome-typing-monitor icon is NEVER displayed in the system area, in
addition, it NEVER gets any CPU time.

If I type this at a terminal window:

gnome-typing-monitor
** Message: The typing monitor is already running, exiting.

If I do a which it shows: /usr/bin/gnome-typing-monitor

This works fine in Ubuntu 9.10, but NOT so in 10.04 (32 bit)

Wayno

** Affects: ubuntu
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
