I too have this issue. Twin GeForce 7600GT cards, only the first one is
recognised. 4 monitors, two on each card (3 x DVI, 1 x VGA), only the
two DVI monitors come on and are recognised in Xorg.0.log. No reference
to the other card at all.
Nvidia drivers work fine.
