Also I just noticed that any already opened webpage that attempts to do a refresh at any time after the firewall is enabled gets stuck reloading forever, and there are no log messages of any blocked packets on port 80. While trying a few things out, I noticed that I cannot ssh anywhere after enabling the firewall (using either gufw or "ufw enable" from the cmdline).
