Binary package hint: mpb

MPB can run without XXX-dev and cpp-4.1, g++-4.1,gcc-4.1,gcc-4.1-base.

(very very long dependency list!!!!)

MBP's install dependency may be its compile dependency or anything else.

So, I think this package should be repackaged.
