Could you confirm the filesystem of your install. The problem with this is
Pulse being unable to run on your system.
Although I do not understand why the service is hogging your system. The first
task is to figure out why Pulse is unable to run therefore you should prevent
the indicator-so

Yes this is because Pulseaudio cannot start due to some Mac related
problem. Without Pulse the slider and gnome-volume-control are useless.

Hello again, I have located the problem. These indicator-applet &
sound-service-indicator, killing these processes the CPU lowers its frequency
to a minimum. With the last update of the system, it does not work the sound
applet, or so appears to recognize the sound card, although the sound works
