livehttpheaders isn't going to be coming back. You can install it from
addons.mozilla.org from the Firefox addons manager

2010. Other than 3.6 support, I don't see anything in the linked wiki
page that suggests why this was dropped/still needs to remain off Lucid.
Any chance of adding it back?

lightning-sunbird has reverse dependencies, the sources lightning-
extension-locales and sunbird-locale-da. I presume they should be
removed along?
