Yes it is; Without USB Mouse and Keyboard, suspending works great.
Did the machine break while going to sleep or waking up?

Hi,
using Lucid Lynx, my suspend-to-ram finally works for my laptop. But only if
I plug out my USB Mouse before. Otherwise, the system will suspend but
Woah. Something went wrong here, I think.
By the way, I'm using Natty Alpha 2 now, but it's exactly the same problem.
When any kind of USB Mouse/keyboard is plugged in, the Laptop is rebooting
immediately after suspending. When everything is plugged off, he will suspend
normally.

I'm sorry for beeing offline such a long time - I had problems with my laptop...
