Hi Selyay! If you are experiencing problems with software-center version
3.0.5 or later not starting up, please open a new bug report on this
issue. I have expired this bug report, because it concerns an old
release of software-center and much of the internal code has changed.

Thanks for your bug report and sorry for the delayed response. As
you may be aware, a lot of work has been put into software-center
during the past cycle. This however also means that we have built
up a long list of bugs which are no longer present in the latest
versions of software-center
