I checked again with version 13.05-dfsg-1 and there is no problem now.

Umm, with gucharmap, yozfont doesn't contain wrong glyph in those area.
I need more information to investigate this issue.

Those fonts are aimed to use Japanese, so may not suitable for other languages.
