Public bug reported: Binary package hint: rpm
On lucid x86_64 the RPM package appears to be a bit confused about it's architecture. The _target macro is correct but others are not: -14: _arch i386 -14: _build_arch i386 -11: _target x86_64-linux -11= _target_cpu x86_64 -11= _target_os linux Also, the macros file for the x86_64-linux target is missing (it existed on karmic): /usr/lib/rpm/platform/x86_64-linux/macros This makes building RPM packages rather difficult... ** Affects: rpm (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- RPM on x86_64 is configured for i386 (4.7.2-1lbuild1) https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/574647 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
