"Add/Remove" is wrong because you can't actually add software there
(although you can't really add software on Windows either)
The name also needs to make clear that it's Wine-specific. So that
leaves us with "Uninstall Wine Software" or "Uninstall Windows
Software". Personally I prefer the form
