"Safely Remove Drive" on an iriver Lplayer fails with an obscure error
message:

Unable to stop drive

Error detaching: helper exited with exit code 1: sense buffer empty
Error SYNCHRONIZE CACHE for /dev/sdb: Success
sense buffer empty
Error STOP UNIT for /dev/sdb: No such file or directory

(The package was just my best guess, I have no idea what package is
responsible. The screenshot with the running packages may help)
