The required change is fairly trivial, but I'm uncomfortable with
relying on the bios to Do The Right Thing. On the other hand, at the
time (17 Dec 2007) the 3stack addition for this PCI SSID was applied, it
was fairly common for the bios to be ... doing the wrong thing. So,
we'll get this pushed
yep it worked for me too. They still need to fix pulseaudio though.
