I have had no problems in Ubuntu 10.10 with suspend/resume on the T110.

Have a similar problem (intermittently) on an Acer Aspire 1410. I
suspect it may have something to do with what the computer is doing when
I close the lid.

This problem affects my Toshiba T110-13H Satellite Pro. The problem is
intermittent. A short time in suspended state, maybe 30 minutes or so, seems to
be OK.
