I'm using Gutsy as my main system and I have just tried xteddy with and without Composite enabled, and it works fine (Xorg with and without xcompmgr and XGL with and without Compiz Fusion, just to make sure). As far as I'm concerned this can be marked fixed, although I don't know if this is so for

This seems to be working correctly for me here on Gutsy with an Intel 940 graphics card (I can wobble a window underneath a bear with a red bow tie. The bear does not wobble but presumably this is the correct bearhaviour). Warbo: Do you see this on a Gutsy LiveCD (
