I tested the latest upstream kernel available, it is worse : it hangs sooner : at PCI probing (even if I remove 'quiet splash' flags). I put back the stable kernel (2.6.32-22-generic) the only way to boot is to remove my keyboard (I have then no more USB device plugged onto the central unit) --
