Id did the install in safe graphic mode. Then, lubuntu worked directly
without any modification. Maybe my bug is different and only related to
the Live CD.

The live CD works in safe graphics mode. I suppose that I installing
with safe graphic mode and using the workaround of Joe 'd Arc after
installation would work.

I may encounter the same bug:
I try to install Lubuntu 10.04 using the live CD. It starts well, and I
can see the dots indicating the loading process. Then, before X starts,
I get a blank (black) screen, the computer is completely frozen and I
need to do a hard shutdown (CAPS LOCK does not change
