The issue that you reported is one that should be reproducab
I've seen this happen on my PC too, I was just about to report the same
bug. I have seen it on buttons and also scrollbars. The colours seem to
be random. Sometime buttons are green, other time black, other times
orange. Scrollbar backgrounds have a green rectangle on them.
