Binary package hint: plasma-desktop
I installed German and switched the system to German. After some time, I
attempted to change the system back into English. As a result, most of
my system is now in English, with the exception of the KDE Menu and a
few items on the panel, e.g. "Akuüberwachung Settings" is clearly a
mixture of English and German.
