The cause of this appears to be that there is no symlink for en-gb under
/usr/share/mythes and when the old /usr/share/myspell/dicts/info/ooo/*
method was no longer used then it no longer shows up for en-gb users. I
think this probbaly affects all OOo 3.0 and newer.
This should be fixed for 10.04.
