Radomír Černoch, this bug was reported a while ago and there hasn't been
any activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an
issue? If so, could you please test for this with the latest development
release of Ubuntu? ISO images are available from
http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-live/
In the initial post, I've written that there are more causes to the Xorg
crash, but 'vinagre' is the only reproducible one.
Thanks to new updates, vinagre now seems to be the _only_ cause for Xorg
crashes. Otherwise the system has become stable.

I am not sure, whether the stack symbols obtained from gdb
(https://wiki.ubuntu.com/X/Backtracing) are any useful. However I might
be doing some mistake when obtaining them -- if you tell me how I can
reproduce the issue with the debugger attached.
Nevertheless, the Xorg log contains a backtrace a
