could not reproduce. Marking as invalid.

This happens to me as well when i manual change a song. but when i let
it go on its own it wont max out just when i change the song manually.
I dont recall noticing it pre 10.10. but then i dont use headphones
often. that's when i noticed it.
Im on Ubuntu 10.10
and useing Rhythmbox 0.13.1

I also got this problem. If a song finishes and the next song starts,
then volume doesnt change. But if I manually change the song, the volume
returns to 100%. I am using the Pulseaudio-equaliser package, would that
have any effect?.
No such behavior noticed with totem or vlc though.

Hello,
Your issue is not clear. Did you set the volume on rhythmbox or on system sound
preferences?
I tried to reproduce it following both ways, but I couldn't.
