Does shotwell monitor/watch folders now? Not seeing the behaviour in .71 yet, do I have to turn something on or did it not make it to .71? We have our photos shared on a directory on the server not on local machines so having Shotwell on personal systems scan/monitor and create links back to the

Monitoring for added/removed files won't make Shotwell 0.6 but is high on our priority list for 0.7, coming later this summer (in time for Ubuntu 10.10). I agree: the ability to monitor any imported directory would be great. We'll see what we can do. :) -- Monitor photo directories for

I'd like to second this request, and add that this functionality would be useful for all imported directories, not just the Photos folder. My photos are stored on an external hard drive, so the ability to monitor any imported directory would be great! Under the current behavior, when editing
