I know that my patch is not perfect, but there is a lot of people asking
on forums why DRI is disabled with fglrx. Disabling composite when using
fglrx by default is a real good idea

Hi,
I've made a quick patch.
This patch check if the user want to use a proprietary driver (fglrx and
nvidia).
Then it ask to confirm the choice.
Still need to add a good description.

thank you for the bug report!
Just a few hours ago, updated closed source drivers for ati ('fglrx')
and nvidia ('nvidia') were uploaded for Edgy. The latest update for both
of these drivers is supposed to add Composite support for them. (though
I'm not sure if this works well for ati)
C
