Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: apport

I tried to report another bug from within a network which requires the use of a
http proxy server with proxy user name and proxy password. http and https
proxy, user name and password are configured in gnome's
system->settings->network-proxy ( I am using the German language menu, but this
should be the English names ). If a http proxy is configured, then it should be
used.

When trying to send the report I get a graphical message from ubuntu-
bug:

Cannot connect to crash database, please check your Internet connection.
<urlopen error Tunnel connection failed: 407 Proxy Authentication Required>
