Same here on an amd64 system. I have this bug since I upgraded to lucid about three month ago. I use pyNeighborhood with the command sudo mount.cifs and the parameters iocharset=utf8,uid=1000,gid=1000 There is no additional output when starting OpenOffice via command line. Best regards.
