Same here on a HP Pavilion dv6 3051sg, exactly the same touchpad. What's
even more annoying than the missing multitouch is that it does not
recognize a left click when a finger is still on the touchpad itself...
It also likes to jump to the right when you do this (click left with a
finger still on
