Oh, I'm sorry, I should have been more verbose. If you check the file /usr/share/icons/gnome/index.theme you'll see that the patch it applied to the wrong size (16 instead of 48): ... [16x16/apps] Size=16 Context=Applications Type=Scalable ... [48x48/apps] Size=48 Context=Applications Type=Fixed
